Hundreds watched at the orchestra performed from their 75-foot stage with a retractable acoustic shell aboard their ship, the Point Counterpoint II.

We then went to the La Quinta Beach Club Bar & Grill, where we cooked some our fresh fruits and veggies from the Farmer’s Market into some awesome jerk chicken sandwiches. We also have some views from the beach front Hilton Garden Inn to open within the next month or two. Today, there were record-cold temperatures dipping into the upper 30′s (degrees F) due to the infamous arctic blast that ripped through the United States in early January, 2010. This was something of a freak occurrence for us, considering the average highs in January are in the upper 60′s.
